How It Works

The pituitary gland discerns this change of hormonal levels and begins synthesizing LH (luteinizing hormone). Once LH is generated, the Leydig cells in the testes get to work and enhance the production of testosterone. In a similar manner, D-Aspartic Acid also leads to heightened levels of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1).

This process is similar if not an exact duplicate of how our bodies naturally produce more testosterone. For this reason, D-Aspartic Acid is considered a “natural testosterone booster”, because it mimics the standard process through which the male body produces testosterone, GH and IGF-1.

Recommended Dosage

If this is your first time using D-Aspartic Acid then you should limit yourself to using 3g a day. The average use for men above the age of 21 is anywhere between 5-10g a day, split into two different doses (one in the morning and another in the evening).

With D-Aspartic Acid, cycling your use is recommended. This means using the supplement for 12-15 days and then going on a break for 12-15 days. Cycling has 2 primary benefits: 1).
